DAY 7 OF THE SOUTH AFRICA 2010 WORLD CUP

Three matches were played today as usual. The first which started at 12:30am local(Nigerian) time was between Argentina, two-time champions and South Korea. The second was between Nigeria and Greece, the latter having never scored in the world cup and having never beaten Nigeria. Both matches were Group B matches. The final match which commenced at 7:30pm saw Mexico trade hostilities with 1998 Champions France.
In the first match, Argentina took the lead with a free kick from Messi that ricotched off Park ChuYoung's foot and ended up in his team's net. Gonzlo Higuain got Argentina their second goal via a free kick that fell nicely to his head. Park ChuYoung got a goal for the asians just before half time off a defensive error of the Argentines. Higuain got his and his team's second goal after a Messi effort that came off the post and ended up at his feet with an open net in front of him. He made no mistakes. Then he got his hat-trick and the team's 4th goal in the 80th minute when he connected nicely with substitute Kuhn Aguero's fantastic cross with a nice header.Soccer City, Johannesburg saw Argentina emerge with a 4-1 win over South Korea. The Argentines thus gualified for the round of sixteen with 6 points to their name, leaving behind S.Korea with 3points.
Bloemfontein ended up being a kind of Golgotha for the Super Eagles of Nigeria in their match against Greece. The Super Eagles got the lead in the first half through a 16th minute freekick by Kalu Uche and were in control of the match until Sani Kaita STUPIDLY, AND FOR NO REASON, kicked out at Vassilis Torosidis in the 33rd minute. He was duly sent off ,THE PIG, and from then onwards the Nigerians' game was on a downward spiral. The Greeks first goal came off a deflection of a shot by Dmitris Salpigidis. Vincent Enyeama, once again the man of the match, stood not a chance. The greeks got their second goal with about 12 minutes left in the game when Enyeama spilled a ball that was then turned into his net.The Nigerians at the moment are pointless, with the Greeks tied with S.Korea with 3 points.Nigeria would have won if not for the ultra-daft Kaita.Where did they find him?Damn! By the way, why did Martins not play? That fucking Lagerbad or Lagerbreast! What an ass!
I kind of expected the outcome of the France/Mexico match. The Mexicans played with a whole lot of flair, with Salcido,Dos Santos and the scorer of their first goal, J. Fernandes showing why he is bound for Manchester United after the tournament. Their second goal was scored by Blanco, making him the 3rd oldest man to score at the World Cup at 37. 2 goals to nil was the final score. Here are scenes from the matches.Go ahead, Enjoy!
The Koreans have definitely heard a lot about this guy. They are taking no chances at all.

If you can't score your opponents, put the ball in your own nt. Afterall,a goal is a goal.
Looks like the Incredible Hulk plays ball. Higuain nets his first and Argentina's second on the day.
Higuain completes his hat trick and enters the history books as the first player to do so in South Africa 2010, the first world cup on african soil.

One of the players wey fuck up for our first game manage score aginst Greece. Kalu uche celebrates his goal!

The stupid mongrel, Sani Kaita hides his face in shame after getting a red card. Because of the indisciplined retard Nigeria lost the game, and maybe the chance to play further at the mundial.

This bastard here Dmitris Saponwhatever scored the greeks first goal and put them back in the game.
And the perverts from Europe get their second goal. I hear the greeks are into anal sex and shit.

The greeks' second goal from another angle. Note how the ball just seems to belong there.

Fernandes celebrates his goal. The french and certainly some fans felt he was offside.

Father Blanco. Showed the world with this free kick that age simply implies experience.

If only I were on the fucking pitch, this wouldn't be happening. Why did I retire so early?

Certainly not a good day to be french. Perhaps he's wishing his parents had remained in Algeria. Perhaps!
